NextInvest owns the infrastructure and takes over monitoring and maintenance of the system / solution.
System Integrators continue to own and control the customer relationships. Any customer communications with NextInvest will be conveyed to System Integrator.
System Integrator will be used for on-site maintenance, if needed.
NextInvest will manage contract renewals (or auto-renew).
When contract expires, System Integrator will remove active equipment.
